Our Story
Kale and Tony started the Gay Agent Network to create a space for like-minded agents to connect, collaborate, and support one another within the LGBTQ+ community. They met in 2022 at a conference and became fast friends almost immediately—despite living across the country from one another—bonding over shared values and a similar approach to running their businesses. As that connection grew, so did the vision: to build a trusted network of agents across markets who lead with integrity, inclusivity, and care. The Gay Agent Network exists so clients can be confidently referred to professionals who not only know their local markets, but genuinely understand and respect the community they serve.
